Job-hunting processes by university students in Japan is quite unique compared to other advanced societies, even though some changes have occurred in the recent years. Although it is natural that students are anxious to get a job, impairing university life or study by job-hunting is not desirable. This short movie explains about the legal regulations concerning the job-hunting process which is often strongly influenced by the companies’ intentions and what student job-hunters should consider and how they should behave while they look for jobs.
