On February 16, 2018, "Dive! into UTokyo Faculty: Welcome Workshop for Fresh Faculty Members" was held at Hongo Campus, the University of Tokyo. It is the event which is organized by Center for Research and Development of Higher Education, the University of Tokyo.

In this workshop, fresh faculty members from wide range of areas talked about challenges and visions of their life as teachers.
