We have received a variety of responses to the #Headwinds project, which was implemented in May within the framework of #WeChange UTokyo. In what kind of environment does a #Headwinds occur? What can serve as a windbreak, or how can we turn a headwind into a favorable wind? We discussed these questions with Professor Yaguchi, author of “Why Todai is Full of Men（なぜ東大は男だらけなのか）,” and University of Tokyo faculty members and alumni.
