The University of Tokyo Executive Management Program (EMP) The 10th Anniversary Symposium:Beyond the Unification of Knowledge
Video
The University of Tokyo Executive Management Program (Todai EMP) is a program established in 2008 for people who are already working. We have gone through a number of intense discussions with 450 participants accepted in the program and more than 300 instructors at the University of Tokyo in the last 10 years. The purpose of this symposium is to discuss the unification of knowledge, which is the objective of EMP.
From the perspective of philosophy, economics, neuroscience, mathematics, and engineering, EMP lecturers discuss the following issues: “What are human beings?” and “What lies beyond the unification of knowledge?”
NOTE:
- This lecture was conducted only in Japanese.
