UTokyo Open Lecture series aims to directly communicate outcomes of our academic research to a larger audience.The theme of the 126th lecture is New Oder.

In this lecture, domestic and overseas trends of personal data circulation are explained from the perspectives of technology and system. We will then think about a new order in the smart society.
