Have you exercised meditation? "Mindfulness meditation," a form of meditation derived from traditional Buddhist meditations, is now practiced all over the world. In this mini-lecture, participants learn what is mindfulness and how meditation influences the practitioner's mind and body, through actually experiencing a unique meditational practice.

This program offers UTokyo graduate students to give an active learning oriented lecture. Through the opportunity, learners are expected to gain specialized knowledge from lecturers, and also each lecturer can cultivate their teaching skills to be active in academic fields as an educator in the near future.
