Christopher Lloyd, a world-famous science journalist and the author of What on Earth Happened: The Complete Story of the Planet (2008), gave a lecture on Komaba Campus, the University of Tokyo. His best-seller book is an attempt to integrate natural sciences and humanities in order to tell a giant narrative of the universe, from its very beginning to the present. In the lecture, he talked about the background of his book and how to tell a big history of the world.


This special lecture is hosted by Department of Integrated Sciences, College of Arts and Sciences, the University of Tokyo.
